Il Comune ha visto a quel punto l’arrivo di una cinquantina di operatori del comparto pesca, che hanno occupato l’aula consiliare e l’atrio della sede e il ponte 2 giugno. Operatori del comparto: “E’ l’ennesimo problema con il maltempo”Questa mattina la passerella pedonale del Ponte 2 giugno non ha funzionato impedendo ai pescherecci di riposizionarsi per l’uscita in mare, dopo che avevano riparato due giorni fa più a monte a causa del maltempo.Inferociti per l’ennesimo episodio di malfunzionamento, 50 operatori del comparto peschereccio di Fiumicino che lamentano da tempo i problemi del sistema di apertura della passerella pedonale, hanno così occupato la sala consiliare del Comune e lo stesso ponte 2 giugno, bloccando la strada alla circolazione. La manifestazione è ancora in corso, con l’obiettivo di un ascolto immediato delle istituzioni. Sul posto la Polizia di Stato e l’assessora alle Attività produttive, Erica Antonelli raggiunta anche dall’Assessore Caroccia, che ha confermato un tavolo tecnico per il prossimo venerdì. Quanto comunicato nell’immediato, è intanto che l’appalto per la riparazione tecnica sarebbe stato già affidato anche se si attendono le definizioni di tutte le procedure, e il tavolo tecnico per ascoltare i problemi e risolvere le criticità, con Autorità portuale, capitaneria, Comune e cooperative dei pescatori è stato fissato e confermato per venerdì. La causa del guasto alla passerella pedonale risolto da EnelArriva con una nota dell’assessore ai Lavori Pubblici, Angelo Caroccia la spiegazione del blocco della passerella pedonale di questa mattina. Ad impedire il funzionamento del ponte sarebbe stato il trancio di un cavo avvenuto durante i lavori in un cantiere di una ditta privata.Immediatamente allertata Enel, che è intervenuta il prima possibile e il guasto, ad ora, sarebbe stato riparato: “Questo pomeriggio abbiamo anticipato l’incontro che era già in calendario per venerdì prossimo – ha dichiarato Caroccia – a cui hanno partecipato, oltre me, l’assessora alle Attività Produttive Erica Antonelli e il presidente della Commissione Fabio Zorzi, la Capitaneria di Porto, l’Autorità portuale, la ditta appaltatrice della gestione della passerella e i rappresentanti dei pescatori“. Durante l’incontro sarebbe stato concordato che la ditta debba fornire i generatori necessari a garantire, in caso di guasto, il funzionamento della passerella pedonale e potenzi la presenza fissa di un operatore in caso di condizioni meteo avverse per garantire il rientro nel canale in sicurezza dei pescherecci. canaledieci.it |

Q: Once NEX is rolled out, what will be the easiest way for US residents to buy some stake? I'm aware it's going to be issued as a security so I'm thinking the NEX token will only be tradable on NEX itself because most non decentralized exchanges will not list security's or tokens that don't pass the Howet Test. Hurricane Fabio has once again hit a wall. Satellite imagery indicates that the cyclone has changed very little in structure and strength over the past several hours. The cyclone remains within a favorable atmospheric and oceanic environment with low shear and warm sea temperatures and as such is expected to continue to intensify throughout the next 24 hours. The official intensity forecast continues to inch downward; however, Fabio is still expected to reach Category 3 hurricane strength overnight. Once it peaks on Wednesday morning, it will begin to steadily weaken as a mid-level ridge to the north pushes the cyclone along a similar path to Emilia over progressively cooler waters.
Severe Tropical Storm Praprioon has begun to weaken and disorganize as it begins to move over the Korea Strait toward the Sea of Japan. Satellite imagery indicates that the storm has a more ragged convective structure and the eye has become greatly diminished. The cyclone is expected to turn toward the northeast tonight, moving over the Korea Strait and bringing heavy rainfall and strong winds to Kyushu, southwestern Honshu, and southeastern South Korea overnight and into the day tomorrow. As the cyclone moves over the Sea of Japan, it will begin interacting with the upper-level jet and will begin to transition into an extratropical cyclone. As a result, the cyclone will begin to weaken and the storm's wind field will widen, affecting much of the western coastline of Honshu and a large portion of Hokkaido later this week. By Thursday, Prapiroon is expected to be fully extratropical and will accelerate toward the northeast into the open waters of the northern Pacific as it becomes embedded within the mid-latitude westerly flow.
A plume of tropical moisture in the wake of Severe Tropical Storm Prapiroon is beginning to affect the Ryukyu island chain and is expected to continue over the next couple of days, particularly as Prapiroon becomes extratropical and the Bai-yu boundary begins to set up over southern Japan.
The Joint Typhoon Warning Center has initiated advisories for Tropical Depression Ten-W, located approximately 260 nautical miles to the south-southeast of Guam. Satellite imagery indicates that convection around the low-level circulation center is fragmented, but is slowly beginning to organize and consolidate. The system is moving through a favorable environment with low vertical wind shear, warm sea temperatures, and excellent radial outflow which is being enhanced by the presence of a tropical upper-tropospheric trough to the east of the cyclone. Tropical Depression 10W is expected to continue to intensify throughout the next few days, reaching tropical storm strength on Wednesday as it passes Guam to the east and hurricane strength as it moves over the Northern Marianas on Thursday. The cyclone is expected to remain on a mainly northwestward track as it moves along the western periphery of a building subtropical ridge. Later in the week, mid-level shortwave troughs are expected to cause the ridge to flucuate in strength, which will add increased uncertainty to the cyclone's track after Thursday.
The National Hurricane Center is monitoring a large area of disorganized convection along the northern coastline of the Gulf of Mexico. This disturbance is not expected to become a tropical cyclone as it progresses inland, but wiill bring heavy rainfall over Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and eastern Texas over the next couple of days.
The National Hurricane Center is also monitoring a non-tropical low pressure system which model guidance suggests will develop to the northeast of the Bahamas later this week. This system may gradually develop some tropical characteristics over teh weekend as it moves slowly toward the north and then curves toward the northeast out to sea and away from the United States. The National Hurricane Center estimates that the disturbance has a 20% chance of developing into a tropical depression within the next five days.
