My Crackhead theory about ep 1 of season 3 (Don't read if you haven't read the Manga)
With them making episodes 10 and 11 from season 2 and then adding the season 3 ep 1, im thinking that they will add a blood battle. This is a theory for fun so don't expect to much from it. But if it happens I am god. So the time added from both ep 10 and 11 is 55 minutes and 44 seconds. ThatE Ep 10 only lasts around 23 minutes. So as we know the upper moon meeting will happen, most of the movie will be talking and backstory. But ufotable loves spectacle and would want to end the movie with a banger fight. So I am guessing that Akaza and Doma fight for an epic battle towards the end of the movie. Since Season 3 Ep 1 is a longer than normal episode, it should have time for it. What do you guys think

Manual tester, 1.5 years exp. What can I do to self improve?
So I have worked for a small software company for the last 1.5 years. I carry out manual testing, documentation of test cases, regression and so on. My SQL skills are improving, however there is little opportunity to improve on the job as there is plenty of hand holding as far as queries. I want to remain with this company until atleast the 3 year mark to make sure I have industry minimum experience, but I would entertain another entry level position of the company showed real scop for growth and training. After window shopping for jobs (UK) and fully remote positions only. It appears there is a massive desire for automation testers, senior testers requiring programming language knowlage and extensive tool experience to even be considered for the role. My question to this community is, what can I do in my free time to gain skills, experience and knowlage to self improve to be attractive to an employer now or down the road a ways? I feel like I have learnt plenty in my time at my current company, but after reading all these job adverts, I don't feel like it would transfer that well.

Google has overall had a quality problem with games that are not actually games. I hate to admit it but I used to be among the mobile strike community but the thing is I never got past spending $20. Because I have standards and even though I enjoyed the community aspect of it. It's obvious that way too many people were sucking money into this play to win, time consuming laundry simulator. I call it a laundry simulator because you're literally waiting for task to be done by the computer if you're not boosting it with money. It is terrible... I even tried to suggest things to the devs that would actually make it a game. However no... Nothing really worked. I am partial with certain mechanics of games that don't take money at all where you plant things, water them and let them grow. However it's with games that don't require extra money to protect those things. And if there's a mechanic where I have to protect them it's usually something I have to work for that isn't inherently bad. I don't mind working to do those things in game. However requiring to buy massive packages that are barely worth the money you have to spend, is ridiculous and it's not really pushing people to actually make a decision whether they should or should not... with most games that you only buy once it doesn't take that much to grow things. Honestly there needs to be a way to properly categorize games on app stores, also judging whether the software that might not even be a game should be released at all. There's always been a safety issue with a lot of these software that masquerade as games. I can see where it can turn out really bad because biases can get in some way but the thing is, requiring reasons that are not involving social judgement(you know taking offense to aspects of the game that might prompt censorship of anything) just as long as it's properly rated. What the advisory board should be judging is the mechanics and how it uses the payment system along with the packages. However I do agree maybe flagging when it's improperly rated, because a lot of games and movies get them properly rated because of money. Here is a proposition I have for a new designation of apps, tinker or fidget apps. Basically the tappers, ect. They're not really games they're just something you could do while you're fidgeting, etc. There are way too many of those that masquerade as games and it's weird, I'm glad some people are honest and put "idle tapper" in the title. However it might actually help people to find these kinds of apps if you all have a special designation for them. Because there are people that probably want a sort of fidget or tinker app. It might actually open up to revolutionizing these kinds of apps, bring the quality of a bit. Edit: why a thousand plus people? Among that a thousand plus people are going to be many different kinds of people that play the game or use the apps in different ways. Usually the user base starts with about a thousand people upon release, so a thousand people should be testing.
